>>If you don’t want to receive any ‘friend’ suggestions, tap on the three dots on the top right side of the recommended users and select the ‘Hide’ option.

I don't see the three dots you mention. Perhaps they removed that option?

First, here are 2 platforms: (a) Web Browser and (b) phone. Then there are 2 scenarios to un-follow: (c) Choose individual suggested users and (d) absolutely no user suggestions. So the combination is 4.

Here's what you presented:

1)Disable Instagram Suggestions: You can do this from both your web browser and your phone. First, log into your account. Scroll down on your home page until you see a horizontal list of “Recommended for You” users.

2) If you don't want to receive any ‘friend’ suggestions, tap on the three dots on the top right side of the recommended users and select the ‘Hide’ option.

The screen shots you've shown is only 1 of the 4 combinations, and you didn't even indicate which one it represents. There is no 3-dot icon in these screen shots. One more thing: don't switch the term 'users' and 'friends' if they mean the same thing - there is no reason for that. Why? Because in the hi-tech language we have today, a different term sometimes means a totally different thing. As I said, there is no good reason for you to change it. So, if you want to post a how-to, please do it precisely.
