When I click on DM icon, I cannot see my messages from previous DMs my folder primary and General aren’t loading and has been like this for 3 days. I am able to see request folder. CN anybody help? Thank you!

Also I have cleared instagram Cache, logged out and back in again and have uninstalled and reinstalled instagram but it hasn’t resolved!

While i can receive ‘stories’ in messenger, suddenly i cannot reply to them? This has only just started in the last week. I have tried EVERYTHING from clearing cache, restarting phone, uninstalling messenger and reinstalling. Still nothing. I’m going out of my mind. Can someone enlighten me???
