In reply to Michael Parvin. You should find the "choose destination" button in the settings. After choosing a destination, you can click "Transfer a Copy of Your Information".

Hi,

I have downloaded my Facebook information (posts). It was a zip file containing many files. I want to transfer the information to my new Facebook account. I don’t see any option on my Facebook page to upload\import these files.

Please advise.

In reply to Denny Watson. You will no longer be an admin when you move a Facebook page to another account. If you want to continue as an admin, just add a new admin, and don't remove your account from the page roles. In this way, you will be able to use it more efficiently.

I need to move all content I posted over the years on a FB where I am not owner but have admin status to a new page which will be mine. I have to create that page and worry about using same email address and the likes. Need guidance! I am not sure if I can move the thousands comments with me but at least my hard creative work…

Hi Dennis. I have a similar problem, though not identical.
I have a personal page that I’ve had for years, but don’t use these days. I also have a page as an author, which I access daily. Somehow, the two have become linked, and whenever I try to interact with my author page, more often than not FB swaps me over to my personal page. This is not helpful.
I tried to delete the personal page, but as soon as I log in on my author page FB reactivates the old one again. They even had different email addresses but that didn’t stop them. Do you know if there is any way to delete the old page?

thank you for this useful information. so that means after i have transfer my facebook page to other account, my personal facebook account is safe and they cannot see anything from my facebook account? im I correct?
